These Terms and Conditions apply to the online classes and website of Quran Janan Online Academy (“Quran Janan”, “we”, “us”). By booking a trial, enrolling in a course or using quranjanan.com, you agree to them. If you are enrolling a child, you accept these terms on the child’s behalf.
Our classes
We teach live, one-to-one online classes in Noorani Qaida, Quran recitation, Tajweed, Hifz, Qiraat, Quranic Arabic, Islamic studies and related courses. You can see the full list on our courses page. Classes take place over video call with a male or female teacher, depending on your preference and availability.
Free trial
New students can take a free 3-day trial before enrolling. There is no obligation to continue after the trial.
Scheduling and attendance
- We agree a class schedule with you based on your time zone and your teacher’s availability.
- Please join on time with a working internet connection, camera or microphone as needed, and a quiet place to learn.
- If you cannot attend a class, let us know as early as possible on WhatsApp or by email so we can discuss rescheduling.
Fees and payment
Course fees depend on the plan you choose and the number of classes per week. Current plans are shown on our plans page, and we confirm your fee, payment method and billing dates with you before your first paid class.
Cancellations and refunds
If you wish to pause or stop your classes, please let us know on WhatsApp or by email before your next payment is due. Refunds and any remaining classes are handled according to the plan you chose; contact us and we will explain the options for your plan.
Children and parental supervision
For students under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the registration and should stay within reach during classes. Parents are welcome to sit in on lessons.
Conduct
We expect respectful behaviour from students, parents and teachers. We may pause or end classes if this expectation is not met, after first discussing the issue with you.
