Information you give us
When you book a free trial, register or send us a message, our forms ask for:
- Your name
- Email address and phone or WhatsApp number
- The course you are interested in
- Your city and country, so we can match a class time to your time zone
- Any message you choose to write, such as your child’s age or current reading level
If you chat with us on WhatsApp, we also receive your WhatsApp number and the messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site uses cookies and similar technologies:
- Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and roughly which country visits come from. It does not tell us who you are.
- Google AdSense may show ads on some pages and can use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage ad personalisation at Google Ad Settings.
- Our hosting and security tools keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the date of a visit, to keep the site working and secure.

Who we share it with
We share your details only with the Quran Janan team member and teacher who handle your classes, and with service providers that help us run the academy, such as our email provider (Google), WhatsApp and our website host. These providers process the information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Children
Many of our students are children. For students under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian completes the registration and stays involved in the classes. If you believe a child has sent us personal information without a parent’s knowledge, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a student or while we are discussing classes with you, and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
